Last month I've updated my SOGo from 1.3 to 2.0 - I'M also using
Funambol and everythink works fine.
I suspect that you have make some mistake in Funambol configuration.
Can you verify ( or even upload somewhere screenshots ) your "SOGo
SyncSource" - I'm talking about "Name", "Source UR

It seems that the sync can not work with an ldap based authentification
because the funambol sogo connector just reads the sogo user database (

Authentication with Funambol is OK with my Sogo users with this url
