You might need to check the encryption settings. I know my SOGo couldn't
authenticate users at all after Samba 4.2 until they were adjusted.

I do (v4.2) and have found that there is a problem with users changing
their passwords in general even from Windows clients. I think it has to
do with the increased default security settings Samba 4.2 now uses,

We've had some complaints of users that changed their Active Directory
passwords using /SOGo -> Preferences -> Change password
Afterwards they were unable to logon using their new password. Looking
at the logs, nothing in particular is logged, except the fact that they
opened the prefere
