SpamAssassin can't move mail, it's just a filter. But procmail (which can also call SpamAssassin), can assign mail to folders. Those folders can then be accessible by IMAP. See http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/UsedViaProcmail And http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/RemoteImapFolder
