need some help for custom filter

Helllo everyone, i'm in need to build a custom filter to block unsolicited emails from a brazilian advertising company. i can't get rid so i collected a couple of headers and i'd like to hear from you on what would be the best way to create a filter for them. headers follow: --

Hello everyone, i'm experiencing a strange issue everytime the crondaily runs the spamassassin script for updating. the error returned to me by cron daily is the following: run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/spamassassin exited with return code 25 I've tried to search on this list archive and also
