No Bayes or RBL Checks !

Hi, I am having real problems in getting SA 3.2.0 to perform Bayes or RBL checks. For some reason they just do not fire at all. If I run a lint there are no warnings and all pre-requisities are okay. What could I be doing wrong ? All worked fine on 3.1.8. I have even tried a clean install
