Nowadays, I get more and more spam that get these headers :
X-Spam-Score: 0
X-Spam-Level:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=0 required=5 tests=[none]
Is it normal ? How can I make these spams tested ?

That's not a default SA header. X-Spam-Checker-Version is missing, and
that X-Spam-Status is missing autolearn and version. Whatever calls SA,
you want to check with that.
