Well, the X-Old-Spam-Status *does* say:
RCVD_IN_NJABL_DUL=1.946 (NJABL: dialup sender did non-local SMTP)
RCVD_IN_SORBS_DUL=2.046 (SORBS: sent directly from dynamic IP address)

This adds a total of 3.992 to your score. Without these, you'd have a score of 
4.988 which would not classify your email as spam.
I guess it's not really Embarq that's screwed up or something, but the thing is 
that your IP is listed as dynamic. (And a bayes score of 3.5 isn't exactly 
helping you either..)
