No, what might be useful is one set of rules, and two sets of scores,
one for systems (ISPs and large companies) which receive stock-related
ham, and another for those of you who have nothing to do with USA
stock markets.

Just like SA needs to score its rules to avoid FPs for EVERYONE, SARE
needs to score its rules to avoid FPs for everyone.

However, I'd have no problem with people suggesting a second set of
scores for those to whom "stock" is a four-letter word.
