Had a report from a user who installed SA 3.3.1 from freebsd ports with perl 5.10.1 on a Freebsd AMD64 build, Freebsd 8.0, p4 and he noted that the binaries never got installed. said he default install does a 'make pure_site_install', and he wasn't able to get it to work without 'make
