I'd be able to code it in myself but I'm not fluent in perl (PHP guy)
and of course, the string parsing functions confuse the hell out of me.

it is rather random based on the reports. BAYES_99

hit on 84.33%
of spam. But I doubt, given it's score, it hits on
44.53% of ham.
