sa-update uses dns check to see if there is new version, it not even connect
to the mirror host, so waste of bandwidth, maybe dns does not work for some ?

70_sare_header*cf -- other Header rules
70_sare_html*cf -- HTML rules
70_sare_specific.cf -- rules to catch specific spammers
70_sare_uri*.cf -- URI rules

additions and a bit of tuning.
Headers -- 70_sare_header*.cf, files 0, 1, 2, 3, x30, x264_x30 -- a few
additions and a bit of tuning.
Specific -- 70_sare_specifi
