I don't get this with either neon (1.7 to 1.7), serf (1.7 to 1.7), or
serf (1.7 client to 1.4 server, so not using HTTPv2).
All cases to a file that does have properties set.

I had done a svn mkdir and svn moved a bunch of files to it plus adding
some more - is that relevant?

I'm having some trouble accessing the svn via Apache, with the following
error:
"Could not open the requested SVN filesystem"
I've recently upgraded CentOS from 4 to 5 and upgraded SVN along with it.
I have verified and recovered the database, both report back OK now.
Can you advise further?
