Client commit hangs, server svnlook.exe hogs CPU

Since upgrading to 1.7.0, and 1.7.1 via subversion edge, about half the commits being done by users (via tortoise) result in the commit hanging after most of the work has been done. Whilst hung, the repository shows the commit has taken place, but on the server svnlook.exe is hogging all the CPU. K

OPTIONS takes exactly one minute

Certain users are seeing a 1 minute delay on commits. Whilst it isn't certain, so far it appears that its only users using WEBDAV authentication. I'm not sure what "OPTIONS" does so I guess that's what I want to know so I can track down where this delay is occurring. This is the log of a user wi
