seen that public Apache's SVN Repository
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/is still using the 1.6.17 version.
As 1.7.0 has just been released, when is
it scheduled upgrade it?

Freemont (USA): 140.211.11.4
Madrid (EU): 192.87.106.227 - This is displaying 1.6.17
