[T5] custom component like no function.

Hi all, I have a problem on custom component. i think i have left out something or do something wrong. my layout.tml header and footer 's wording didn't come out at the start.tml render. only show out "Would you like to Log In?'" can someone help me? :( Regards, example like layout. layout.tm
