I am using IDEA as my IDE. I am unable to connect to JVM to debug a web
application.
Here are the parameters I am using: Remote Debugging in IDEA allows
connection to a running JVM.

Depends on the platform (32-bit vs 64-bit and of course the OS). Run jconsole
against your Tomcat instance to find
