I have even checked my email settings. But I've got some mails that google
bounces back some of the tomcat-user's emails. I am not sure if its just me
or google or the list.

Markmail seems to confirm this but kind of remarkable, huh? I think the
user community should get a promotion in recognition of our quantum leap
in tomcat problem-solving skills! (Or perhaps everyone's just busy
reading the manual?)

I would probably use jdk with mission control to record and analyze the hot
class in your conf.this often works and gives me idea where to tune

i recently tried to migrate from tomcat 7.0.53 to 8.0.5
I did some StopWatch ( Spring class) tests to compare the performance
impact, and for same configurations, tomcat 8.0.5 showed its slightly slow
compared to 7.0.53
Did anyone else also experienced same ?
