Need help - Duplicated session ID problem

Hi, All,
 
We are running the following set up:
 
apache - 2.2.3
tomcat - 5.5.20
jboss   - 4.0.5
 
We are running sticky session with no clustering
 
We currently are running into some random problems, where apparently
duplicated session IDs have been created from time to time, so that one
user can see other user's data.
 
Please let me know if you have seen any similar problems before, and if
so, what's the root cause and fix?
