I asked the same question prior to March 11 but nobody responded. Anyway, I
did not apply the TZUpdater.jar. Instead, I installed the JRE 1.4.2_13 over
our 1.4.2_8. We also patched the OS which is important. Our servers and
applications are working fine.

Has anyone had any issue applying TZUpdater on the web server? Because of
the Extended Daylight Savings Time, I need to apply this patch on our web
servers where Tomcat are running, and I would like to hear if there is any
known problem.
Thanks.

Totally agree. PHP is no doubt an excellent tool, but primarily for
hobbyists or standalone type of deployment. On the other hand, Java is
widely used on enterprise application. If you open up the hood and look, all
the expensive application like WebSphere are running Tomcat inside.

All,
I manage an intranet environment with 3 web app servers running Tomcat.
There is load balancing between these 3 servers. If a user, says John, logs
on to the system, his session will be randomly on one of these 3 servers.
Now, how can I find out which server John's session is on?
Any help wi
A month ago, I installed Tomcat 5 on 3 web servers in a rush and I forgot to
write down the admin password. Now I cannot remember what it is. Does any one
know how to retrieve it or to reset it? I have full access to all folders on
the web server though.
Any help will be very much appreciated b
