jk2 is unsupported and its usage is highly discouraged. All the good stuff from jk2 was ported to later mod_jk and mod_proxy_ajp releases. Thus grab and use the latest mod_jk if you're on Apache 2 or use mod_proxy_ajp on Apache 2.2. mod_jk's timeout is infinite by default, but for
