Can you give me an example of the syntax that worked for you ? I'm
just looking to set the min/max heap sizes.

I got it to work. I was not using a space after the --JvmMs and --
JvmMx switches.
So in summary the following works: \tomcat7.exe //US//tomcat7 --JvmMs
512 --JvmMx 1024
