As I understand it, that's still the plan, but having said that, I'd not expect to see too much work on a 1.4 until we've got a reasonable amount of confidence that the released 1.3 is stable, so expect to see a 1.3.1 before 1.4. If we jump into 1.4 too quickly, we'll be back to dual-branch
