what you configured it to be...
Please look at
http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/InstallationViaAPT.
It's just a simple generic Debian repository without any distribution
specific organization.

The stable repo is still broken as of this morning:

Seems ok now. Not really sure what was the issue, I just restarted the
index generation. Maybe the server restarted in the midlle of the
index rebuild last night.
