在cloudstack4.4+xenserver6.2环境下，无法添加主机

我在添加主机时，提示以下错误： Cannot transit agent status with event AgentDisconnected for host 4, mangement server id is 52229584841,Unable to transition to a new state from Creating via AgentDisconnected 请问这是什么错误，解决思路是什么？
