Hi,
I solved this problem. A corrupt .DAV folder that was not in sync with
the files creates this behaviuor.
After deleting the .DAV folder everything works as expected.

following to my httpd.conf:

AllowOverride None
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
allow from all
ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/error.log
LogLevel warn
CustomLog /var/log/apache2/access.log combined
