Just so that this sentiment doesn't get lost in the noise, let me say a loud *THANK YOU* both to Jim and to Microsoft for first making this possible at all, and for continuing to support the effort on a noble cause. I've studied many open source licenses, and personally I'm thankful that not everyone marches to the GPL drum.
