*BI- Data Warehouse Project Manager* *Rates: $75/hr*
*Interview mode: Phone then Skype* *Location: Appleton, WI* *ONLY GC, USC* Project Manager – Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) that has a track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects. The (PM) will be responsible for leading all aspects of a large Data Warehouse Business Intelligence project. The PM must build a cohesive, collaborative project team and proactively drive high quality project deliverables, dependencies and critical path items and operate as a critical liaison between IT and business executives/sponsors. The PM responsibilities include: ? Project planning ? Develop and manage work plans, tasks and resources, schedules, project estimates, project budget (labor and non-labor) ? Identify and anticipate risks and issues. Facilitate resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation ? Status reporting ? Lead governance and communication processes with key stakeholder groups ? Change management ? Lead the day-to-day execution of the project while ensuring resources are used efficiently ? Manage internal and external resources and coach team members on basic project management practices ? Provide appropriate performance feedback for project team members. ? Adhere to established project management methodology and standards while carrying out responsibilities and ensuring the project direction is aligned with enterprise standards and strategies ? Assure proper quality standards are maintained during project execution and delivery ? Coordinate projects with other on-going IT efforts Required qualifications: ? 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager, financial services project management preferred ? Project management experience implementing enterprise data warehouse projects with business intelligence capabilities ? Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on budget and schedule ? Demonstrated competency in coordinating all aspects of a project involving multiple IT disciplines. ? Understanding of enterprise data management concepts and best practices ? Defined project methodologies within diverse project types (waterfall, Agile, SDLC etc.) Preferred Qualifications: ? PMP designation ? Bachelor degree, master degree preferred in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science ? Experience with related information management techniques ? Working knowledge and experience on projects involving data modeling and data analysis concepts and tools ? Understanding of the DMBOK ?
