*Job description:*

·         Must have ISO experience Must have recent insurance experience
Contract length should be 12-18 months Description

·         Ability to take a project through its entire life cycle: Plan:
define the project objective and develop a plan to accomplish the objective
Organize: identify necessary resources, determine tasks that must be
completed, assign the tasks and motivating team members to work together on
the project Control: track progress and compare it with planned progress

·         Ability to perform a workflow analysis, analyze the gap, and
document Direct and control the work performed by Team Members Work closely
with Business and Functional Partner to understand needs and formulate
strategies and solutions.

*Required Skills:*

·         6 years of commercial or personal insurance experience (ex.
rater, underwriter, claims and compliance).

·         6 years of prior project management experience.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Visio
Project Management Professional designation a plus Prior Operations and
Systems experience a plus CPCU designation a plus

·         Excellent Leadership skills Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication
skills Excellent understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements and
the insurance industry

·         Proven ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the
organization Strong understanding of property and casualty coverages.

·         Strong understanding of policy rating and issuance process Strong
analytical skills excellent organizational skills Project / Program
Management

·         Responsible for project / program delivery from inception to
completion with the appropriate corporate governance and methodologies in
place

·         Provide valued guidance to stakeholders, project team members and
work-stream leaders alike

·         Support the Transformation Services Leadership by providing
timely reporting and insight into program issues and developments

·         Successfully manage the relationship between the project /
program and key business stakeholders, utilizing Stakeholder Analysis where
appropriate

·         Be responsible for ensuring the quality assurance and overall
integrity of the project / program.

·         Drive or own dependencies and the interfaces between projects.

·         Ensure these are tracked to plan, mitigated or appropriate
escalations raised

·         Identify, interpret and manage the business risk exposure
associated with / generated by the change / transformation

·         Drive program delivery to ensure that tangible business benefits
are owned by the sponsor and impacted business area from initiation through
to benefit realization

·         Maintain compliance with key regulatory and risk management
procedures, and regulatory bodies whilst ensuring that performance
objectives are set and assessed against the relevant regulatory / corporate
requirements

·         Perform business process analysis and conduct as-is reviews and
gap analysis in order to identify opportunities and solutions

·         Undertake regular work stream / program / Steering meetings,
ensuring these are documented and that any resulting actions are actively
followed up
