*Job Title:              Test Manager Location:              Stamford, CT
Duration:             12 Months*

 Preparing and developing Test Strategies, Detailed Test Plans, Test
Scenarios and Test Cases.

Reviewing Test analysts work products and managing test milestones and risks

Involving in the  business requirement analysis and software requirement
specification.

Preparing estimates for the effort required for System Testing

Resource management

Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery

Deploying and managing the appropriate testing framework to meet the
testing mandate

Designing and implementing of all QA test strategy plans and automated test
solutions for client/server and Web applications.

Assessing the progress and effectiveness of the test effort

Designing the Test cases for GUI Testing, Functional Testing, Regression
Testing, System Testing Performance Testing, Load Testing, Integration
Testing and UAT.

Maintained requirements traceability matrix for Automation Testing Results
within Quality Center projects.

Developing Test cases for Positive and Negative Testing for System Security.

Experienced in testing tools like HP Quality Center, Quick Test Pro,
LoadRunner.

Used Quality Center for maintaining the Test Plans, Test Cases, Test
Execution, Defect management, Bug Reporting and familiarity with other
features of Quality Center and Administration.

Used QTP to perform Functional Regression testing on both web-based and
standalone software.

Proficiency with customizing Loadrunner scripts.

Responsible for conducing weekly project status report meeting with client

Liaising with Offshore team and resolving their issues

Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly
etc.) to the Client

Attend the regular client call and discuss the weekly status with the
client

Retaining skilled testing personnel

Identify Training requirements and forward it to the Project Manager

Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have
sufficient work in the project.
