Please find below position, let me know if you have any suitable consultant for this position ASAP Functional PeopleSoft Financials Location: Chicago Length: 3 months Start :ASAP Interview :phone *Overview: * The Contractor will provide support on business processes related to the procure to pay, acquire to retire, invoice to Cash and Record to Report · Serve as a consultative business partner to IT client groups on business process design patterns, principles and techniques. · Recommend process improvements to reduce waste and continuously improve performance. · Design and develop metrics and ensure functional ownership is established for continuous improvement. · Develop change management strategies and plans with particular emphasis on a process-oriented approach · Develop and maintain business process architectures, process relationship maps, functional relationship maps, cross-functional maps and work flow diagrams. · Develop and maintain an enterprise view of business processes, identifying cross-functional relationships and interdependencies. · Align processes with corporate strategy, business requirements and IT capabilities. · Demonstrate ability to add value to the business through business process improvement initiatives. · Participate in advanced troubleshooting.. *Requirements:* · 5-7 years’ experience building and integrating PeopleSoft applications · Must have PeopleSoft Financials 8.8 or higher functional experience and PS Query · Nice to have experience with nVision and Application designer · A plus if you have advanced experience with excel including VBA · Experience with the some of following: procure to pay, acquire to retire, invoice to Cash and Record to Report · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail. · Ability to clearly document and ensure knowledge transfer throughout the entire project · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives · Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills · Accustomed to taking an active role in leading and executing projects · Strong analytical skills and the ability to write at a “publication” quality level to communicate findings and recommendations · Self-motivated, able to plan work effort and manage to the project schedule and priorities *Thanks & Best regards* RANI| Recruiter|Oberon IT 1300 W.
