*Job Title :* * SSIS Developer Location : Shore-view, MN Duration: 12 Months* *Job Description*: *Job Description * Provide 2nd level support to Customer Service to understand, isolate and resolve problems with ETL interfaces with external customers. Utilize and partner with 3rd level support development team professionals (IT, BI DW, Database) and external technical contacts as needed to identify root cause. Communicate technical details regarding issues to the development team or external BAM technical contact for coding. Support testing for the fixes which would include preparation of test data & testing of generated test cases Manage multiple issues at a time, communicating status to Safeguard Customer Service daily. SQL skills are required to be able to perform analysis. It is desirable that this resource is able to read SSIS Package (SQL Server Integration Services) and ETL (Informatics preferred) to look at mapping and transformation rules. Individual must be detailed oriented and able to do complex analysis. 1 – 2 years’ experience looking at order transactions and data comparisons with hands on SQL experience.
