Responsible for assessing the client's needs and leading the collection, analysis, document, and coordination of a client's business requirements within the primary area of Order Management. *Responsibilities:* - Participate in short and long-term planning sessions with the business partners to implement process improvement. - Collaborates with business partners in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs and influence strategic initiatives. - Partners with business leaders to develop an integrated IT and business strategy. - Promotes an understanding of IT roles, processes and activities to the business units. - Manages the development of the business technology plan for functional area within Domain. - Directs the development and implementation of integrated IT initiatives to support the business strategy. - Integrates high-quality services at optimal cost across multiple businesses and customers. - Directs the development and implementation of technologies to improve the performance of multiple business processes and increase profitability. - Manages vendor relationships to maximize value to the business.
