*Position: OCM/ BPM ConsultantLocation: Bartlesville, OKDuration: 12+ MonthsRequired:- Primary responsibility to support project teams in the creation, integration and implementation of business and organizational change management strategies and plans throughout all phases of the project life cycle Works closely with Project Managers to develop an approach that adheres to and maintains OCM/BPM processes, methodologies and best practices Focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, performance management, organization structures and job roles/competencies/skills, and systems and technology* Act as a coach to project team members helping them fulfill the roles of change advocate.
