Act as the business requirements coordinator on the development of customer
facing web hosted applications. Provide input for the planning,
development, and implementation of web projects. Proven experience in
business analysis and business requirements gathering with an emphasis on
project management. Must have polished teamwork and communication skills to
effectively collaborate with business clients from various departments, the
IT Customer Care Software Development team and vendors to define
requirements, assess alternatives, and present viable solutions to business
challenges. Individuals should have an enterprise perspective on designing
solutions and problem solving, and be able to integrate multiple work
processes and functional work streams into recommended solutions.



*Duties:*

·         Provide leadership with business colleagues to ensure successful
implementation of technology projects.

·         Coordinate with IT to deliver all required documentation for
lifecycle product development methodologies, which include effective
requirements gathering, project estimating and risk and dependency
management.

·         Assist in managing project scope and objectives, and help to
define or modify configuration requirements to solve business problems.

·         Develop business relationships with all Customer Communication
partner departments to ensure successful implementation and support for
their needs and requirements.

·         Develop business relationships with Customer Operations
Technology to manage system testing and ensure that all requirements are
being met and tested with test cases.

·         Provide leadership and direction for change management and
training on new systems and assure that all business partners are trained
and supported before rollout of system

·         Provide weekly status to upper management including budget,
current accomplishments, planned work, current issues, risks and mitigation
action plans.



*Qualifications: *

·         A minimum of three years of business analysis working on
technical projects (i.e. software applications)

·         Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills applied
towards enterprise solutions. Proven strong business analysis required and
experience working in a cross-functional team.

·         Should have some understanding of Project Management techniques
and practices as well as some experience with IT project lifecycle
methodologies. Ability to help define and document training manuals from
standard templates.

·         Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on
cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to high quality
task completion.

·         Proven ability to work effectively with multiple business
clients, manage conflicting or competing requirements and create effective
enterprise solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

·         Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability
to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

·         A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science,
Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Engineering
or related discipline, is required. or equivalent work experience, in lieu
of a degree may be considered.
