Hope you are doing great Position ID – 6313574 Position Title – Risk Assessment Analyst Client- Symantec Organization – IT Security Strategy, Assurance, and Bus Ops Worksite Address –350 Ellis Street, Mountain View, CA Length of Project – 3 Months (Extendable) Interviews – F2F *DAILY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:* The Risk Assessment Analyst will report to the Senior Program Manager for Symantec’s Risk Management Program. This program is critical to Symantec’s enterprise risk management framework and provides the foundation for defining and evolving Symantec’s Risk Management strategy and understanding and improving current Security Controls business continuity capabilities and practices This position has global purview and will be responsible for driving the execution of Risk Assessments across several geographical regions and Symantec Business Units. Maintenance and coordination of Symantec Threat Taxonomy. Work with the many inputs for Risk Assessment defined in the Symantec Risk Assessment method. Interface with GSO functional towers to collect and correlate results of Risk Assessment inputs. Complete Risk Assessment documentation within GSO standards and engage with key stake holders to develop risk treatment and mitigation plans. Schedule and conduct cross functional meetings as required ensuring that Risk Assessments have the necessary pre-requisites in accordance with the Symantec Identify Standard. *REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): * 1. 3+ years in Risk Management related positions with high-level problem solving and technical project management experience. 2. CISSP/CISA/CISM/CRISC/ISO Auditor or similar certified 3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management and/or Disaster Recovery Management in large enterprise creating, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide business continuity plans 4. Ability to lead risk assessment activities across multiple business units. 5. Demonstrable background in Security controls assessment. 6.
