The team's objective is to ensure the Performance of the company's products / application and system environments whilst meeting planned delivery milestones. Technical Specialist / Test Lead act as a key specialist to apply own judgment to independently determine a course of action for any given PE work / issue / problem, which is then executed by project teams. Must be capable of finding "out of the box solutions" / methods and processes to approach complex situations in the Performance arena. Job Requirements • Liaison with the Project managers, development managers, Architect, delivery leads, Business Analysts to agree the scope for performance. • Create/Review Estimates, Test Strategy, Test Plan, Schedule and Test Scenarios in agreement with various stakeholders as per Project requirements. • Hands-on using LoadRunner and monitoring servers using tools like SiteScope, HP diagnostics, Perfmon for monitoring. • Must be well versed in using VUGen 9.5 or greater for advanced test script development beyond the built-in record and playback capabilities. Must be well versed in using the reporting/analysis engine for reporting on and correlating system-level events with the impact on the end user experience • Must be able to create load test scripts using VUGen in at least two or more of the following protocols: HTTP/HTML, Oracle NCA, Citrix, AJAX Click and Script and Web click & script • Must possess strong experience using and implementing best practice programs with respect to load generation, bottleneck analysis, usage of modeling tools and statistical analysis. • Thorough/dependable and able to exercise good judgement when assessing the Performance statistics. • Experience of working to tight deadlines on a regular basis. • Provide quality, process and technical leadership within the Performance Management team. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize as well. • Exhibit logical troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Duties to be Performed • Gather Performance requirements for the application and designed performance tests for the multiple clients within the organization. • Create & customized LoadRunner VuGen scripts at API level with manual correlation, user defined functions, development libraries (classes and methods), and error handling. • Enhanced Vuser scripts by adding correlations, parameters, condition controls, and checking/validation functions. • Responsible for setting up monitors to monitor network activities and bottlenecks. • Executed Performance tests using HP Controller. • Monitored Metrics on Application server, Web server and database server. • Analyzed results for Bottlenecks and made recommendations for the bottlenecks. • Monitored different graphs like transaction response time and analyzed server performance status, hits per second, throughput, windows resources and database server resources etc. • Used SiteScope and Windows resources to monitored the databases, application and web servers (at OS & Application level) for Performance bottlenecks while conducting Load, Stress, volume, and Memory tests. • Involved in conference calls with client and effectively communicated regarding the issues, project updates etc *Please share your updated resume at *akansh...@usgrpinc.com* or feel free to contact me at **614-401-5194* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
