*Hope you are doing great* Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6+ Months Role: JIRA – Test Engineer · 7+ years of Software Development experience · 5+years of Business Analysis experience working directly with end users eliciting requirements, translating business requirements to technical solutions and enabling smooth rollout · 3+ years of Atlassian / Jira product usage · Integrate & maintain JIRA, Confluence, and other plug-ins for optimal use · Experience with JIRA Service Desk plugin, Enterprise Message Handler for JIRA (JEMH), and Bob Swift Atlassian Add-ons - Clone Plus · Troubleshoot any JIRA issues for users. · Upgrade JIRA when necessary. · LINUX experience · Maintain JIRA backups.
