*Responsibilities :*
• Provides senior expertise and leads the Hyperion HFM design and
implementation effort at client companies
• Coordinates activities to support the client through full life cycle HFM
implementations including contributing to design effort through
development, documentation and go live.
• Advising on technical designs and development best practices as the lead
for the application and reporting components of the project.
• Employ financial consolidations and reporting knowledge and past
experiences to architect and develop optimal consolidation and reporting
solutions incorporating best practices.
• Configure HFM application components, including optimal dimension
configuration, business rules / VB Script customization, web forms / task
list definition, Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio reports, Smart View
templates in line with business, functional and performance requirements
• Provide guidance develop the test plan and coordinate resources required
to complete end-to-end testing.
• Assist with data conversion and interfacing activities, including user
support to load and reconcile data
• Prepare key deliverables such as requirement documents, design documents
and implementation plan.
• Supervise, train, and coach junior offshore team members
• Provide support including product demonstrations, requirements gathering
and project scoping to the client as part of any PoC’s
• Gather business requirements and turn into practical consolidations and
reporting solutions
• Provide effective solutions in building complete HFM solutions, including
metadata, rules, Financial Reports, Web forms, Smartview, and security
• Good working knowledge of data collection tools such as ODI and FDM
• Build effective and sustainable client relationships
• Successfully execute all project phases including system requirements;
design, build, and implementation
• Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications
on HFM applications and business system processes
• Troubleshooting and optimization of HFM applications
• Delivery of assigned work on time, on budget and quality
• Project communications internally as well as with the client
