Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator Opportunity

integrated strategy of technology, content, and service helps
organizations and professionals in a wide range of industries better
manage career, compliance and certification needs. This position
reports to the Enterprise Applications in an Austin, Texas Office.

Project Manager/Administrator Functions:

    This position reports to the Enterprise Applications in Austin Office.
    Serve as a primary contact of CRM training
    Create sales leads lists and marketing lists
    Supervise and maintain the installation, configuration, and
support of the organization's customer relationship management (CRM)
software through best practices
    Analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion
    Apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and
assist the user group on issues related to the design, development and
deployment of CRM software critical to business operations

Required Skill Set: Educational Requirement

    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

Experience Requirement:

    Must have at least 1-4 years of hands-on coding experience
    Advanced MS Excel experience
    1 to 2 years of advanced Microsoft CRM 4.0 experience
    1 to 2 years of Microsoft CRM 4.0 system administrator experience
    Has the ability to design configure and customize CRM
    Familiar with JavaScript programming
    Need to be able to designing and modifying new and existing forms
and workflows
    Query and manage internal customer lists from existing databases
across CRM and acquired companies B2B and B2C customer email lists
    CRM report generation using Microsoft SQL Reporting
    1 to 2 years of Administration Microsoft SQL Reporting
    Understanding of list procurement including sorting and management
of all external data lists used in direct mail campaigns
