NOTE: Highlighted skills are MUST. The Job:. This consultant will lead a small team of developers (7 – 10 developers). Provide feedback in code reviews for improvements. Help manage the team and the work load in the upcoming sprints. Analysis of interfaces that they are going to integrate. SONAR Remediation is key here. Duties: •Manages a function or unit within the technology environment. •Manages application programmers and makes all decisions on personnel actions including staffing, performance management. •Supports systems through maintenance, modification, problem resolution to support ongoing delivery of services and/or operations. Formulates/designs systems scope and objectives for the applications/development of a major project or multiple lesser projects. Responsible for instructing, directing, and checking the quality and timeliness of other systems professionals. Works on most difficult or complex systems. May provide expertise in determining the strategic technical direction and system architecture for initiatives. They are not looking specifically for an Architect, they are looking for a developer/lead who has Skills Needed: •Must have 2+ years of recent experience working in a Banking ‘environment. •Must have 4+ years of ‘Recent’ experience as a ‘Team Lead’. •Must have 9-10 yrs+ experience developing applications utilizing Java, J2EE . •Must have recent experience in an Agile / Scrum environment. •Must have good systems architecture experience. •Must have experience with Spring / Spring MVC / Spring JDBC, Hibernate. •Experience with JBoss application servers •Must have strong experience with SQL. * Web Services – REST / SOAP. •Must have experience with Unit Tests – JUnit. •Experience with Subversion, Maven, Nexus. •HTML / JSP. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
