*Job Title:  Business Analyst/Jr. PM with FINANCE*

*Rate: $ 40/hr C2C Max*

*Location:  Montvale, NJ*

*Mode:  F2F a must after phone (local only as Skype is not an option)*

*Duration:  12+months*





Role:

Manage projects for the business tracks, including rollout of new software
releases, implementation of policy changes requiring new configurations,
review of practices across member firms and recommendation of "best
practices, impact analysis of specific implementation strategies,
development of alternative solutions including reporting, data review and
analysis initiatives, etc.

Work with stakeholders, leadership to track overall progress and
deliverables including communications, user acceptance testing (UAT),
documentation, etc.

Coordinate with technical teams when needed including project managers,
development, and QA professionals to ensure new releases meet quality and
timing objectives.

Define and manage the business review process for the Professionalism and
Independence (PNI) track of the program and liaise with IBS program
management, which manages the change request process for the applications.

Define and manage the business review process for the Conflicts of
Interest, Independence (including personal independence) program and liaise
with Risk program management, which manages the change request process for
the Sentinel and KICS applications.

Identify risk related items that are candidate change requests, review
those with stakeholders in each region, recommend disposition and track
progress.

Review changes proposed by other tracks that impact risk processes.

As necessary, enlist focus groups to gather specific information about
potential changes and gather necessary requirements.

Position may also need to communicate integrated changes to the business
process help desk and conduct training and/or walkthrough sessions on risk
process enhancements.

Develop draft materials used as input to business requirements documents,
process documentation, handbooks, user guides, training materials,
communications and presentations relating to the business processes.

Monitors SharePoint sites (Resource Centers) for accurate links and
periodic updates.

Work with business leads and managers to support the relationships with key
stakeholders (internal clients) including but not limited to, Lead
Engagement Partners and Engagement teams in conjunction with assigned
projects.

This includes identification of and implementation of new business
requirements, and managing stakeholders' expectations.

Skills:

BA/Jr. PM experience supporting compliance processes

Understanding of software development life cycle

Ability to analyze data and processes, document scenarios and communicate
them with business and technical stakeholders

Possesses knowledge of risk management processes, systems and its business
or similar experience from the financial services or related industry

Effective communication & teaming skills.

Ability to manage projects with attention to details.

Effective customer relationship management skills.

Possess a track record of excellent performance management and people
skills.

Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience required.
