Should be well versed with the following specific skill sets: 1. Six years of J2EE implementation projects. 2. SCJP, SCWCD Sun certification highly preferred. 3. UML. 4. XMI, XML, XLST, XSD, WSDL 5. SOAP, JAX-WS, JAX-RPC, JMS 6. DB2 7. IBM RAD or any Eclipse based tools with WSAD(Websphere Application Development) 8. JSP, HTML, Advanced JavaScript, CSS, AJAX programming. 9. IBM WebSphere MQ. 10.
