This is part of a critical initiative supporting the divestiture of a business entity. **** ** ** The duration of the project is approx 6 months, and will involve contributing and supporting to the migration approach. Critical to the success of the project is the need to ensure that the support of the infrastructure and application is transitioned effectively to the new company. Successful completion of the projects is critical to the company meeting its objectives.
