Job Description:



*Key Responsibilities:*



·6+ years Business Analyst with Telecom domain experience.

·Responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, detailed process flow
design, user acceptance testing, and rollout of new and modified feature
functionality deployed on the back office web applications.

·Interview and resolve issues with stakeholders' business rules,
operation's specifications, and interface specification solutions as the
initiation point for new technology requests.

·Clearly and concisely communicate business requirements to developers;
interact with IT Development team through the Scrum process to clarify and
resolve any issues.

·Gather and validate requirements, resulting in detailed business rules,
functional requirements, and process design.

·Prepare graphical depictions of use cases (activity diagrams, system
context diagrams, sequence diagrams, use case diagrams, wire frames, etc.).

·Work with technology team to identify system, data, and process
dependencies for upstream and downstream application data flow.

·Facilitate the communication of new functionality to the broader business
groups including Customer Service and warehouse operations ensuring all
business units are prepared for the changes.

·Work closely with user interface web designers to create screen layouts
with emphasis on user-friendliness, clarity, and consistency with
applications and standards; assist with developing new standards.

·Create design specs for business logic, screens and feature functionality
that are clear and complete; specs shall be used for development, testing,
and training.

·May perform application testing prior to rollout as part of the user
acceptance phase.
