If not a module the lead is responsible for functional / technical track of a project. Required Skill(s) SAP CRM Base Customization (L3) , SAP CRM Core Marketing (L3) , SAP CRM Enterprise service (L4) , SAP CRM Web UI Configuration (L3) , SAP CRM Middleware (L3) , Serviceweb (L2) , SAP CRM Middleware Configuration (L4) , SAP CRM Sales (L4) Essential Skill(s) SAP CRM Sales (L1) · Good Communication · The Business System Analyst is responsible for documenting high level business requirements and translating them into detailed functional and non-functional specifications along with CRM functional track leads in the project. · The role serves as the IT liaison to functional business process owners to translate and prioritize requirements for project and maintenance work. · Experience in Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Fitment, Design, of large-scale SAP CRM projects in Marketing Campaign area (Tracking marketing campaigns to the leads, qualifying them and converting the leads generated into customers in the system through the standard generation of quotations, orders and invoices). · Should have hands on experience in designing and Delivering SAP CRM Marketing Campaign functionality. · Experience designing interfaces with various third party application for CRM Processes · Minimum 4 years of working experience in developing applications using SAP CRM Sales with Version 7.0 onwards · Working Experience with relational databases.
