*Responsibilities:*

•        De

velop an in-depth understanding of company's product architecture and
frameworks. Maintain and contribute to company's product platform as
necessary.
•        Maintain and support organization's products that are released to
stakeholders and customers.
•        Build consensus among different teams working on software
development projects
•        Facilitate discussions among other .NET and database developers to
exchange new ideas and improvements
•        Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify
opportunities, trends and best practices that can be used to strengthen
company's technology platform and development practices.
•        Test, debug and document written code

*Required Skills*

•        Hands-on experience in developing web applications, windows
applications, web services on .NET Framework using C# language
•        Good working knowledge on Object-Oriented Engineering
methodologies
•        Work experience on Web and Windows application environments
•        Work experience on AJAX, Java script, HTML.
•        Designing and developing rich application for Web
(ASPX/Silverlight) and Windows (WPF).
•        Creating WPF/Silverlight applications using MVVM architecture.
•        Consuming and Developing Windows Communication Foundation services
(WCF) and creating WCF applications requiring Instance and concurrency
management.
•        Creating LINQ enabled database layer using API such as LINQ to SQL
and Entity Framework.
•        Using LINQ for querying objects.
•        Applying best design patterns such as n-tier, MVVM, Repository,
and Singleton for designing key reusable components.
•        Development of .NET batch applications which processes high volume
of data.
•        Applying Multi-threading techniques for creating high performance
applications.
•        Source control tools such as Microsoft TFS, Tortoise SVN.
•        Strong understanding of SQL Server 2005/2008 and SQL Server
Transact SQL
•        SQL Development, ability to write and troubleshoot SQL Code and
design (stored procedures, functions, tables, views, indexes, constraints).
•        Debugging code and performance tuning.desktop computer standard
