*Job Title: *Sr. Salesforce.com Developer (Certified) * Location: *Bala Cynwyd, PA *Visa:* GC, Citizen, EAD GC only *Contract to Hire* ***Temp to permanent candidates are strongly preferred*** Our Direct Client is seeking a creative, well-rounded Sr. Salesforce.com Developer. This position requires strong business acumen and the talent to be part of a team deploying complex Salesforce.com projects with major integration components. The ideal candidate must be innovative, possess the ability to communicate effectively and help the company foster change. The Salesforce.com Developer will configure and maintain the Salesforce and force.com application to ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to meet business needs for those departments currently using Salesforce, as well as building the necessary interface and tools to integrate new departments into Salesforce. This position is responsible for the overall configuration and operation of the existing implementation and continued operations, as well as the continuous improvement of the Salesforce tools for all user groups such as Sales, Marketing, Software Support, and other internal teams. The Salesforce Developer will independently perform configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, and updating tasks relating to the Salesforce system and other integrated applications. *General Requirements* - Solid Salesforce.com experience with APEX API and APEX Triggers - Program fluently in Apex and have a solid understanding of Apex classes - Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services - Confidently work off existing code or fix bugs from existing code - Advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items - Understanding of Relational databases (SQL, Oracle etc.) - Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE) - Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync / async - Understanding of UI design principles and best practices - Develop user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security). - Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes. - Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts in accordance with sales territories. - Establish and implement best practices with regards to development, testing, data integrity, reporting, etc. - Design, Develop, document, build, and unit test enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards within Salesforce. - Research changes in upcoming versions of salesforce.com and other integrated applications; provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Develop report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability. - Develop in visual force, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions using API toolkits. - Ability to design, code, test, debug, package and deploy quality, scalable and well documented solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Perform basic thorough of code in collaboration with Administrators, to ensure long term viability, integrity, and make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency and reporting. - Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects and prepare and present clear technical analysis. - Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong work ethic. - Be able to work in a fun and spirited environment. - Ability to interact with senior members of management, including C-level executives. - Clear understanding of Cloud application limitations and working knowledge of Cloud Services. *Vendor Management* - Experience in project management of external application deployment tasks with AppExchange and commonly used Salesforce Apps - Manage relationships with integration partners, consultants and current AppExchange service providers to drive project tasks to completion *Certifications* - Salesforce.com Certified Developer (Required) - Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator (Preferred) *Additional Requirements* - Working knowledge of SOQL statements and MS-SQL with SSRS - SQL Database migration experience is a plus - Hands on experience with APEX and Visual Force development - Use of Salesforce APIs (via java, etc.) to integrate Salesforce with other tools. - Experience with Force.com migration tool desired. - Familiar with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports - CTI / telephony experience integration experience is a plus - 3-5 years of implementing enterprise-wide Salesforce.com CRM applications using app exchange 3rd party applications and tools - 2-3 years of demonstrated project leadership skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience - Outstanding interpersonal effectiveness; strong communication skills both verbal and written Thanks, Swati Pandit *Veterans Sourcing Group |1 Meridian Blvd, Wyomissing, PA* Direct: 302-526-8927 span...@veteranssourcinggroup.com www.veteranssourcinggroup.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
