Duration: 12-24 Months Title: Sr. Business Analyst - Technical/Functional 7-10+ years Business Analyst - needs to be both Technical (understanding the mainframe technologies but not hands on development) AND Functional in nature - should have experience working within Mainframe Projects (web based Java projects are a PLUS) *Duties* *Requirements Gathering*Translating requirements and specifications*ability to work with different levels of people both technical and non technical (such as developers and business users or high level business executives when gathering information for specifications)*Lots of face to face contact with other individuals*Managing and coordinating meetings and facilities*working with business committee's*writing technical specifications*interpret business documents All positions:• Team Player – Enthusiastic, personable, works well with others(including an offshore team)• Logical Thinker – Ability to perform analysis and research• Self starter / motivator.
