(likely 5+ yrs) Thumbnail sketch of ideal candidate: o Many different work streams and absolutely need someone that knows and understands retail mortgage servicing. o From a PM Skillset, need someone who is a driver, not someone who is a schedule jockey. o Someone that can aggressively move forward teams o Need to be able to shave scope as the project is on a fixed timeline with no chance of extension o Miscommunication is rampant in a merger situation, need to be a very clear communicator Project Details: Project Manager in retail mortgage. Job Roles / Responsibilities: Facilitates meetings, oversees development, coordinates with management to ensure appropriate resource allocations and addresses team issues. The Project Manager is also responsible defining project milestones and timelines and ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met. On small projects, the project manager will likely deal directly with all members of the software development team. On larger projects, there is often a lead developer, lead graphic designer, lead analyst, etc. that report directly to the project manager.
