*Position :- Oracle Developer with Data warehouse strong exp.* *Location :- **Richmond, VA* *Duration :- 6 + Month* *Technical/Functional Skills *: • Minimum 5 years of industry experience with emphasis on design and development of Oracle components. • Must have full lifecycle project experience as a developer in designing and developing Oracle application databases and PLSQL code. • Strong database development, SQL, physical database design and data modeling experience • Deep understanding of Oracle Database SQL and PL/SQL concepts, standards and best practices • Experience of atleast one reporting tool like Spotfire, Qlikview, OBIEE preferred • Hands-on experience with Unix shell scripting preferred, • Proficiency in design and development of ETL solutions to load data marts preferred • Knowledge of Data Warehousing basics preferred *Roles & Responsibilities : * • Capture new requirements for Data Marts or changed requirements determine the level of effort to implement changes and additions to DW/Data Marts • Develop/Modify the Database design/ model, DDL for database creation and manage database creation activities from inception to completion including interdependencies with other teams • Analyze requirements and formulate an appropriate technical solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements; • Take an active role in the cross-functional design and coordinate with ETL team throughout • Gather requirements for new reporting requirements • Develop reports as per requirements • Work closely and foster strong relationships with data architecture team, database administration and data consumers (e.g., reporting and interfaces teams) to design warehouse/BI data structures • Design and Develop the PL/SQL routines for loading the database. • Assist in the design of the ETL solution; review the ETL low-level design and design phase deliverables; • Manage the build phase and quality-assure the code to ensure that it meets requirements and adheres to standards; resolve difficult design and build issues; troubleshoot bugs • Develop routines to implement complex business logic, transformations and aggregations • Plan and execute Quality Assurance testing with the QA team and resolve QA defects • Plan and manage QA and Production releases and ensure they are deployed smoothly *Generic Managerial Skills *: • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables • Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes • Ability to deliver independently • Manage communication with offshore team Regards, *Mukesh * |*Technology Resource Group.*| Office: *408-709-1760 Ext-948 * | *muk...@tresourceinc.com <muk...@dyssinc.com>* | Yahoo-IM- mukeshinc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
